Sassafras Creek Farm at 29 April BAE Farmers' Market (9 am - 1 pm)

Posted 4/19/2017 8:20pm by David Paulk.

Hello Dear Farm Friends,

We will be at the Saturday, April 29th BAE Farmers Market (9 am - 1 pm). Meanwhile, the market opens this Saturday, 22 April (Earth Day) and there will be plenty of great vendors there, including Battle Creek, Monnett Farms, Porpoise Creek, Swampfox Farm, and a baker (new!), to name a few.

Can you believe it is already that time of year again?! It's been a pretty mild winter and a pretty hot spring so far.  Even so, we will have cool, crisp spring vegetables just for you on 29 April!  As usual, we'll send you an email on the Friday before the market (28 April) letting you know exactly what we will have at market, but right now, we anticipate the following:

- Arugula

- Carrots

- Curly Kale

- Lacinato Kale

- Radishes

- Salad Mix

- Scallions

- Spinach

- Sweet Potatoes

- Turnips

Like last year, don't worry about having cash at our stand, since we take credit, debit and SNAP cards.

So, we hope to see you, your friends and family members at the Saturday California ("BAE") Farmers Market this year! We've missed you and can't wait to see you and catch up.  We hope that you are all doing very well.

Thank you,

David & Jennifer Paulk
